Yes you would be right thinking that. 1.1 is more than sufficient for playback of video files. Anything like copying from USB to SD or vice versa will take forever tho.

Will your USB support have the same compatibily that the USB Mass Storage Test app has? By that I mean will it support the same number of USB Storage devices or go beyond that. And how about NTFS support?
