Presumably that tells us that IOS only supports USB 1.1 low speed with sustained transfer at or around 1Mbps or in other words around 125kBps? This would make sense since the most demanding device the Wii has to deal with at the moment is a keyboard (the USB 2.0 LAN adapter has it's own stack). I did some quick and simple testing on the old thread but assumed USB 1.1 full speed with maximum sustained transfer @ or around 7.2Mbps or 900kBps, it proved adequate for standard definition resolution(s), medium compression video even without disk caching but USB 1.1 low speed is a different matter altogether.
