I second that sentiment (Thinking of my own post a page or two back about swiping/scrubbing) :P
Interesting, on DCEmu news posted about another version of MPlayer released for the Wii, saying its a more Wii specific port... but its unstable, buggy, etc... so still looks like this project will come up trumps over the others ^_^

OK, not gonna start a flame war here. Yes he mentioned holding B and swiping left/right for "skipping tracks" but he mentions flicking right or left for fast forward/rewind (whether he meant it or not, he didn't mention any combo). I just added a comment that there should always be a button combo...
Some people need to calm down and maybe YOU should read the post thoroughly before replying back sarcastically. I know you from Maxconsole, you're a cool dude and meant no harm. Peace!
1) He's not using wii linux for his program anymore. Please read the thread.
2) The code for using the wii remote in linux is already available.
1) I know that I was suggesting he release it since he didn't have a use for it any more
2) I meant in Wii-Linux I want to use code that I know will work in Linux on the Wii without alot of problems. I was hoping to make it easier for me to make a wii linux app without having to figure out wiimote code my self. If this code is released already please link to it.
dIsCo,
what kinda resources dose WiiMiidia use?
Possible for a FTP in the backround?

You really should check out the wii linux website more often.

You can experiment the new features yourself through whiite-linux-0.1a, a real implementation of a GNU/Linux system for the Nintendo Wii based on Debian 4.0 (etch). See the related article for additional information. Oh, CVS was updated too. Enjoy!
I just found this software called PicLens. It is so cool. Watch the video, then install the software and try it for yourself. I think this kind of interface with Wiimote control would be a valuable addition to Wii Miidia.
