well just have a look in the xml files of the sample skin i think it explains pretty much itself!
if you've got the tools this isn't much work

and for now - it works great, unfortunately you can't view the preview in the app itself, you have to use a browser, but when you click on an item in the list, it automatically generates an html file in the directory of the skin
but still, it's bound to a special format, you have to use exactly the same xml format as dciso in his sample skin, i mean for images, write all the attributes like posx, posy and so on in the same order but that's not a real problem i think

Nevertheless, there's still some work to do, there is a mistake in the Settings.xml, i can't figure out why my app has problems reading this file!
Next thing would be label support, not just images, with images alone, you can't really see what it looks like, but for today, i'm done

more progress i think tomorrow!
A release shouldn't be that far away! but still, no date or time, want to make sure it's working so you can build your themes with that without having the app

I will create some test pages before releasing the app just to make sure it also works with "custom" pages!
