Wii Miidia v0.1 alpha - Page 19

I personally would like to take my time out to say THANK YOU to ifletcher for his work on his skin viewer. I hope to finish everything up in the near future. If anyone comes up with some really nice Skins let me know and I will include them in the intial release as it still needs a default skin.

Got the Skinning program, It doesnt seem to be able to show a preview when I click the button, but I can see all the code.

I will probably begin skinning after the initial release of the app, because I dont know where everything shows up right now xD

well if it doesn't just look in the folder of the skin, it creates HTML files there

Wow, great app! Many thanks to ifletcher

I'm already using it for my 1ste Wii Miidia skin creation! Going to try it out with animated gifs tonight. A thread specially for Viiew would be cool, but a website specially for Wii Miidia skin creation and sharing would be even more cool! But i think that's something for the future...

well, i could make a homepage, but i don't have a server to host it, but it would be very cool to have something like a skinning community!

I think I might know the problem I've been getting with generating previews. I see it is trying to launch ieexplore.exe (internet explorer) and my default web browser is firefox. Could this be the problem?

Also, a wii miidia skinning website would be awesome!

well it shouldn't be a problem if your default browser is firefox, because it just launches the iexplore.exe no matter if your default browser is IE or FireFox!

well, i actually knew that this may happen to some users, so when i find a windows computer which I can use (or i install VMWare) and then make a new release for you!

So just wait for a fix
