Most apps use Sven USB support code and Dciso says he is using it too so if your USB drive doesn't work with other apps it probaly won't work until another usb driver is made.

By and large most things are done (I think), but the last "status update" was that dCiso's Wii was bricked and he was waiting for his InFeCtuS chip to arrive so he could fix it.

I was wondering if there'd been any progress on getting the chip / modding the Wii / unbricking it?

As a long time lurker I've followed this project since the thread's pages numbered in single digits, and like everyone I'm very excited by it's potential to fill pretty much all the gaps in my Wii's functionality, so thanks dCisco for putting so much time into this great project, espcially for sticking with it through the... difficult... times.

I have also followed this project for quite some time and iis really exited about the program to be.

I'm starting to feel a little bit worried about the fact that we haven't heard from dCiso or ifletcher for over a week now - you haven't run in to any problems?

I believe dciso is still waiting for his infectus chip to arrive so he can unbrick his wii.

Sorry I did just the infectus chip in Friday and just got around to working on restoring my NAND today been busy with a few other things but will be spending the day today unbricking.

Will Wii Miidia be able to support 720p mkv files? I tried streaming one over to play it on mplayer and it crashed.
