There have been rumors spreading that it was a leaked version GOW2 and/or COD-WaW. Many of the banned users stated that they had this leaked release and had been playing it. The cause was either they were not stealth patched or were review copies and not retail.

As of now, if you have a 360 ModChip or flashed firmware, it is suggested you stay offline with burnt games for about a week.
